FlowerAdvisor has a network of florists which are located in more than 111 countries in the world, thus makes FlowerAdvisor as one of the biggest E Commerce Player in Asia that specializes in Flowers & Gifts
Currently PT. Aldmic Indonesia are expanding and are seeking for Highly caliber & motivate candidates to fill the following position.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan: Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
Handles in the best interest of both customer and company
Suggest improvements to the various communications by the company
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Perform customer verifications for suspicious order
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

 

Persyaratan: Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Fresh graduate/Entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Shifting.
Willing to work over time to finish deadlines.
Understanding of other languages other than English will be an advantage

Keahlian: Applicants must be have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
