System Administrator

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Tokobaguss application server
Management of upgrades and new software releases
Manage web and image load via nginx load balancer
Manage Tokobaguss website performance via memcached
Tuning and maintain smooth running of Tokobaguss website loadr
Monitor and manage servers performance via MUNIN
Up to date documentation of system design, operating environment and operating procedures/process
Active management of issues to ensure timely response and resolution
Responsible for Data Center (DC) hardware, software and maintenance procurement
To develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan
To manage, develop, and maintain helpdesk administration support
To assist in the maintaining, planning, developing and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure
To support and assist the IT/Development Manager and other colleagues as part of team work

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or diploma in Computer Sciences or relevant discipline required
    Min of 5 years experiences as system administrator preferable in a fast growing internet company
Detailed knowledge and experience of internet system and services
Detail operational level understanding of server hardware/software and associated services (email, web, etc)
Detailed knowledge of load balancing and caching technology will be a plus
Must possess strong organizational, planning, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Detail oriented with demonstrated technical documentation skills
Experienced in effectively coordinating and executing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently while working with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving problems independently. Monitors own work for quality and able to assess impact of decisions
