Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare and maintain the Personnel administration in head office such as : payroll, compensation and benefit administration, overtime payment, leave recording, employee agreement, etc.
Requirements:
- Good S1 in related disciplines from reputable university
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Age : 23 30 years old
- Good in characteristic competency (communication skill, achievement motivation, honestly, and self starter)
- Good performance in Individual Contributor function
- Able to speak and write in English is an added value and computer literate is a must (Ms. Office, etc.)
