Finance Analyst
Kepulauan Riau, Riau

Responsibilities:

Report to Finance Manager. Primarily ensure effective internal controls, compliance to all companies policies, manage local and corporate reporting, support and provide financial advice on manufacturing.

• Drive development, implementation and testing of internal control procedure according to Novartis in-Control Guidelines (NFCM) and timely submission of control matrix.
• Perform FRS review and reconciliation to SAP business warehouse.
• Provide timely and accurate cost centre reports to department and process units through detailed analysis of cost centre activities to ensure adequate cost control.
• Fix Assets physical verification, impairment review, depreciation, tracking and transfer of construction in progress to ensure proper valuation of fixed asset.
• Review monthly actual cash flow and cash flow management.
• Liaise with Bankers/ Auditors/ Tax Consultant.
• Coordinate annual internal and external audit exercise.
• Administer tax matters and ensure compliance to local tax regulations in the day to day operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly tax payment, reporting and submission i.e. PPH21, PPH23, PPH Final, PPH25.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accountancy/ Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial and management accounting, budget/ planning and internal audit in medium manufacturing organization.
• In-depth knowledge in Financial Reporting & Accounting (FRA) and Business Planning and Analysis (BPA).
• Knowledge in IFRS, MASB, MRP/ERP and computer literacy
• Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Excellent English Language Proficiency.
