- IT Assistant Manager - Jakarta Raya
- Plan, design, implement, and provide oversight of IT infrastructure, including Network, PBX Telephony (Avaya & Genesys), Recording System, Servers and Desktops
- Monitor the achievement of service levels and alert senior IT management with recommendations if services fall below an acceptable level
- Implement standards and procedures for critical areas
- Ensure essential control measures (security, information protection, exception handling) are in place
- Perform hardware and software vendor sourcing, contact, management and contract negotiation
- Manage hardware, software and systems procurement process management
- Document procedures within the team and for all relevant locations
- Report periodically on progress reporting, adhoc reporting, and reporting on exceptional issues to management
- Deploy proper techniques to assure business continuity in the event of catastrophic computer failure
- Recommend growth requirements of Data Center
- Coordinate with business users to understand the requirements and needs, and propose solution related to IT Operation & Infrastructure area
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Networking (CCNA), Lan Wan Architecture.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Background in insurance and/or call center environment is a plus

- IT Product Specialist - Jakarta Raya
- Assist user on gathering user requirement on new product setup
- Perform product management setup on all core systems
- Assist user on troubleshooting on product setup issues
- Conduct & coordinate SIT & UAT on product setup (positive and negative)
- Documenting all product setup paper works
- Coordinate ad-hoc issue requests as well as system investigation request related to product setup with close coordination with IT Development team
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Insurance Industry
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Excellent details and communication

- Familiar with Insurance product
- Excellent and Details in Documentation
- Senior Corporate Trainer - Jakarta Raya
- Direct report to Training assistant manager
- Analyze, Develop and Execute innovative training based on customer need.
- Create annual training programs
- Consistent to monitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training program by powerful feedback from customer.
- Creating Monthly Operation Report (MOR)
- Enhance knowledge especially about Insurance.
- Have a great relationship with customer to make a powerful teamwork.
- Develop a systematic training based on customer classification.
- Expert in TNA especially in Change management .
- Filing & Documentation (i.e. attendance list, evaluation report)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

- Product Manager Risk - Jakarta Raya
- Define market segmentation for the products and develop attractive value propositions for each of the products
- Work with Business Partners and Relationship Management to fefine risk product strategy for all business channels
- Develop marketing startegy for product promotion to boost the sales number
- Conduct product training, sales monitoring in a product dashboard in order to ensure the sales number per product meet the target sales number.
- Review product based on sales review in order to continue, revamp, or stop the product sales. Provide a holistic product recommendation to management
- Conduct qualitative research to sales and customers for insights related to offered products
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Experience in develop risk product development and launching
- Strong background in segment marketing & above the line marketing campaign
- Well-structured
- Good analytics skills
