Human Resources Manager Bali
Responsible for the functions of human resources matters at our head office ( Bali ) and all around Indonesias stores.
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Two ( 2 ) years experience in similar role, especially in retail industries.
- Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines.
- Excellent knowledge in HR strategic & planning, payroll and tax, training & development, selection & recruitment, employee relation, performance appraisal, develop salary structure, Jamsostek, HRMS, personnel administration, employee contract and legal matters.
- Highly of committed, integrity, and accountability.
- Communicate and pleasant personality.
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Computer literate.
- Located in Bali
